Chris Freise is the Managing Partner & Co-Founder at REDCO Development. Prior to launching REDCO, Chris served as Managing Partner of Lift Partners, an operating platform that invested $300M+ dollars during its 4-year history on behalf of institutional investors Westbrook Partners, PCCP, Morgan Stanley and a confidential Ivy League endowment with a $50M discretionary fund. While at Lift, Chris lead all acquisition, development and construction efforts. Prior to that he served as a Transactions Director at LBA Realty working on a 11 million square foot portfolio in Northern California including acquisitions, development, leasing and dispositions. LBA Realty is a $6 billion fund advisor focused primarily on office and industrial value-add investments along the West Coast. Chris learned ground-up development working as Development Manager at Vulcan Real Estate in Seattle and worked on 3 million square feet of ground up development in Vulcan’s South Lake Union project including Amazon’s Corporate Headquarters and several high rise residential projects. He began his career working at RREEF as an analyst.
Chris holds a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and sits on the SF NAIOP Chapter Programs & Membership Committees and the Downtown San Jose PBID board. When not hanging with his daughter Finley and wife Marie, Chris is an active water enthusiast including surfing/kitesurfing and 49ers/Oakland A's fan.
Jason Freise is a Partner & Co-Founder at REDCO Development. Prior to launching REDCO, Jason was involved in the rapid expansion and development of OluKai, currently one of the largest privately held footwear manufacturers. Over the past 12 years at OluKai, Jason managed trade and consumer facing marketing, key domestic sales channels and most recently OluKai’s global footprint. Through restructuring and evaluating long-term sales & distribution strategies in Asia Pacific, Americas and EMEA, Jason was able to increase points of distribution by 800% & the brand is now appropriately represented in 35 major international markets. These efforts along with thoughtful planning and preparation, lead to an increase in net sales of 10x and overall profitability by 15% in business conducted outside of the U.S. Prior to joining OluKai out of college, Jason helped on family construction projects with his brother Chris.
Jason received his B.A. in Political Science from UC Irvine & currently sits on the Surf Industry Manufactures Association (SIMA) Board of Directors as Insights Committee Chairman. Jason is an active outdoor enthusiast and lives in San Clemente with wife Nicaela and son Lincoln spending much of their free time enjoying themselves at San Onofre.
Elizabeth Trowbridge is a Vice President of Operations at REDCO Development. Prior to joining REDCO, Elizabeth worked for LBA Realty as Regional Operations Manager where she was responsible for the management of 5 million square feet of office, industrial and R&D in LBA’s SF Bay Area portfolio. Prior to joining LBA Realty, Elizabeth managed Class A high rise properties for CAC Real Estate Management Co in San Francisco and Crescent Real Estate Equities in Houston. In addition to having her California Real Estate Salesperson License, she has obtained her RPA, FMA, and CPM designations and served on the Building Owners and Managers Association San Francisco Board of Directors (2012-2017).
Elizabeth holds a B.A. in International Business and Management from Dickinson College. She is a passionate University of Michigan football season ticket holder and is working on the same dedication to the San Francisco Giants.
Jessica Alouf is a Development Manager at REDCO Development. Prior to joining REDCO, Jessica worked as a Real Estate Construction Manager at Indeed, the global job search platform, where she managed the design and construction of over 500,000 square feet of office space for its corporate footprint. Before joining Indeed, Jessica worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Zubatkin Owner Representation in New York, working on complex historic renovations and campus expansions including the American Museum of Natural History, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and the Park Avenue Armory. Prior to that, she worked for as a Mixed-Use Development Coordinator at JBG Smith in Washington, D.C.
Jessica received her B.A. in Political Science from Virginia Tech. In her free time, she enjoys travel, art galleries & museums, seeing live music, and cheering on Hokies football in the fall.
Max Goldschein is an Associate at REDCO Development. Prior to joining REDCO, Max worked at Eastdil Secured in its San Francisco office for two years and its Santa Monica office for a year. Most recently he was an Associate on the Office Team overseeing offering memorandum production, accuracy of analyst modeling work, asset due diligence review and conducting tours during sales processes. Prior to that he was an analyst working across all asset classes. While at Eastdil, Max was actively involved in closed transactions totaling $6.8 billion dollars and over 15 million square feet.
Max holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and is a licensed real estate salesperson in California and Virginia. Max grew up in the Maryland suburbs of DC and enjoys the outdoors, winters in Tahoe, and is an avid University of Michigan sports fan.
